[Lip Synch Test Run]

Not bad at all!
But it seems to me atleast that the voice is out of sync. The lips are about half a second after :/

I'm not sure if it's your style or whatever but to me the faces looked a bit to small :/ Other than that the animation was fluid! :)

Well first of all.. That has nothing to do with what she said.
The animation is great, but kinda short.. It was kinda random actully, and you can't really see the Play button very clearly. I myself had to right click and press Play to actually advance in the movie because.. well, as I mentioned, the Play button is hardly noticable.
